Available for the entire duration of your stay, the package begins at check-in and remains valid until the standard check-out at 11:00am.

Terms & Conditions

Full Board Package

  • The package is based on two adults per room, and all adults staying in the same room must be enrolled in the package.
  • The package starts at the time of check-in. They are not valid after check-out, with the standard check-out time being 11am.
  • The Full Board and All-Inclusive packages must be booked for the entire duration of the guest's stay and cannot be added, removed or applied to only part of the stay.
  • Includes daily lunch and dinner at all restaurants and bars: Sanasana, Kama, Toba, Lai Lai and Navo. In-Room Dining and Minibar are not included.
  • The Full Board package includes meals only and does not include beverages unless specifically stated. All non-alcoholic beverages, including bottled water, soft drinks, juices, smoothies, speciality coffees and other drinks, will be charged at the menu price.
  • The Full Board package is available to guests aged 6 years and above. Children age 5 and under eat free but must be accompanied by an adult.
  • A special festive season supplement applies for stays between 24 December and 1 January (inclusive). As a result, package rates during this period will be FJ$330 per person, per day for Full Board and FJ$555 per person, per day for All-Inclusive. These festive rates include access to enhanced dining experiences, seasonal entertainment and holiday celebrations offered throughout the festive period.
  • Food included within the package must be consumed within the participating outlet and may not be taken away unless otherwise specified by the resort.
  • Participation in the package does not guarantee availability at speciality restaurants. Reservations may be required and are subject to availability.
  • Food inclusions are available only during the normal operating hours of participating outlets and are subject to change.
  • Special food promotions and experiences, including but not limited to cabana dinners, cooking and cocktail classes, and speciality menus available during Easter, public holidays and other notable occasions, are not included.
  • Guests are entitled to one meal per person per designated meal period. The package is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for resort credit, cash or any other offer. Any meals missed due to guests participating in excursions or activities outside the resort will not be redeemable for boxed meals, alternative dining credits or monetary refunds.
  • Food included in the package is for the sole consumption of registered package guests and may not be shared with non-package guests. The resort reserves the right to charge the full menu price for any items found to be shared with or provided to non-package guests.
  • The resort reserves the right to amend participating outlets, menus, beverage selections and package inclusions without prior notice due to operational requirements.
  • On arrival and departure days, package benefits are available only within the package validity period from check-in until check-out (11:00 am).

All Incluisve Package

  • Includes free-flow beverages of your choice at participating outlets. Alcoholic beverage service at Sanasana begins at 12:00 pm.
  • The All-Inclusive package is available to guests aged 18 years and above only. Extra-person pricing is FJ$495 per day (breakfast, lunch, dinner and beverages).
  • The beverage package starts at the time of check-in. It is not valid after check-out, with the standard check-out time being 11:00 am.
  • Bottles of wine, spirits and other packaged beverages are not included. All beverages are served by the glass and are intended for immediate consumption. Only wines offered by the glass on the menus are included in the package. Champagne is limited to one brand and is also served by the glass.
  • Minibar items and In-Room Dining are not included.
  • The resort practises the responsible service of alcohol in accordance with local laws. Alcohol will not be served to guests under the age of 18. Additionally, the resort reserves the right to refuse the service of alcoholic beverages at any time if a guest is deemed to be intoxicated or is behaving in a manner that may compromise safety or wellbeing.
  • All beverages provided under the All-Inclusive package are for individual consumption only and must not be shared with other guests.
