Spa Etiquette

OPENING HOURS

Spa InterContinental is open seven days a week from 8am till 7.30pm.

RESERVATIONS

Spa reservations may be made through your concierge, by calling the spa on extension 6110, or by emailing spa.fiji@ihg.com. Bookings made on the day of service and walk-in appointments are welcome subject to availability. Reservations must be secured with room number (for guests staying at the resort) and credit card details (for non-guests). 

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to offer treatments or services for children 12 years and below.
  • Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during treatments or services. 

ARRIVING AT THE SPA

To fully enjoy your spa experience, please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows you time to check in, change into your spa attire and fill out your personal profile. Spa InterContinental’s Relaxation Lounge is the perfect place to unwind before and after any treatment. Enjoy a soothing selection of our finest herbal teas as you take some time out to unwind. 

LATE ARRIVAL

Please plan your spa experience carefully, as all treatments must be completed within the scheduled time. If you arrive late for your appointment, you may receive a shortened treatment while being charged for the full scheduled service. 

RELAXATION LOUNGE AND WAI ZONE 

As a guest of Spa InterContinental, you can enjoy complimentary use of our ice room, steam room, hydrotherapy pool and Relaxation Lounge. 

SPA ATTIRE

Please wear comfortable clothing, and bring swimwear to access spa facilities. Spa attire and a locker for your personal belongings will be provided to you. Disposable underwear is available for body treatments. 

NAIL CARE

Please wear open-toe shoes to ensure the longevity of freshly applied toenail polish. Take care of your polish by allowing sufficient drying time after your appointment. 

VALUABLES

We recommend you leave any valuables in your room to safeguard against loss. 

YOUR TREATMENT NEEDS

For your safety and comfort, please let us know if you are under the care of a health professional, have any health conditions, or are pregnant. This will enable Spa InterContinental staff to assist you in choosing the appropriate treatment. All treatments can be tailored and are suitable for both men and women. 

BOOKING THE CELEBRATION SUITE 

Please request our Spa InterContinental Celebration Suite when you book your spa treatment. Please enquire at the spa reception for more details. 

YOUR SPA COMFORT

Your therapist will always maintain your privacy. To fully enjoy your spa experience, do not hesitate to tell your therapist if you are uncomfortable for any reason. Please respect the enjoyment and privacy of other guests by turning off your mobile phones. 

GROUP BOOKINGS

A special celebration is the perfect opportunity to enjoy time together at Spa InterContinental. Group bookings can be scheduled for any time of the week, and we can create personalised treatment packages to meet your specific needs. Sparties (spa parties) are available on request. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please provide us with at least six hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Our team will be happy to reschedule your appointment. Please be aware we will need to charge a full cancellation fee if you don’t provide the minimum notice or don’t come for your scheduled treatment.  

PAYMENT METHODS

Spa InterContinental accepts all major credit cards. Hotel residents may charge their treatments to their room. 

All prices are inclusive of VAT, STT taxes and are in FJ$.
