IHG Thanks Loyal Customers with Customer Appreciation Event
21st November 2022 (Natadola, Fiji): As part of IHG’s Global Customer Appreciation Week, three IHG Hotels & Resorts (IHG) in Fiji hosted Suva-based partners and customers at an appreciation event at Grand Pacific Hotel, Suva, Fiji. Global Customer Appreciation Week (GCAW) is a global initiative meant to drive meaningful interactions with local customers and thank the most loyal partners for their business and support towards one of the world’s leading hotel companies.

IHG properties hosted Global Customer Appreciation Week (GCAW), encouraging on-property and off-property sellers to have virtual or face-to-face visits with customers around the globe. It also incorporates True Hospitality for Good and giving back to people, communities, and our planet.
